About David

David N. Alvarez & his team serves in residential sales, apartment & rental home property management, and actively invests. He became licensed in, November of 2004, and started his career at age 18 as the youngest Realtor in his first real estate company. Since then, he's been on an amazing adventure of helping many family and friends with their real estate goals; lead and mentored a team of seven agents; and managed a real estate office of about 50 new & seasoned agents.

David, later founded Nissi Agents in, March of 2012, and Nissi Properties (property management) in, September 2015, a private real estate company based out of Southern California, to better serve his past, present, and future clientele. He understood that to deliver great service he would have to do what 90% of other real estate companies and their agents do not do. So David decided to implement early in his career the following 5 practices:

1.) Master listener - Truly understand your real estate desires, goals, and/or needs that must be accomplished.
2.) Master Interpreter - Understand how the past, present, and future real estate market trends will affect you, and help you create a winning strategy with the best possible outcome for you in today's market.
3.) Master Marketer - Help you (a seller) obtain top dollar for your property through effective marketing strategies tailored to your goals and/or needs. Also, we help a buyer find the right home and deal through our extensive network and/or off-market deals.
4.) Master Negotiator - Have a clear knowledge of each potential point of negotiation you may encounter during the course of the sale from start to closing; guide you with the best possible recommendations to help you save more money; and keep the transaction moving forward as smooth as possible.
5.) Master Organizer - With help of his team, organize the small and big details of the sale or purchase of your property from start to closing, communicate effectively with you through the process, and keep it simple.
