David is one of the most down to earth humans I have ever met. He is patient and really becomes part of the family! What other realtor would help you paint to help ensure you pass inspection! He told us before entering the home to disregard what we were about to walk into. He said it had everything we needed. If it weren't for his talk prior to entering the home I probably would have took a look and turned right back around. As we walked through the home he helped us visualize all the possibilities that we could do with the home. Thanks to him, it is now our forever home! Our family and extended family will definitely be recommending Dave to anyone looking to buy or sell!

He came qith a level of professional boas for action and keen negotiating skills that helped our family find our forever home. Russell is also a o e stop shop for insurance and financing. David was more than helpful on my home buying journey. I bought a house during an unheard of sellers market, and he never gave up! After I think 11 offers and months of searching and disappointment, I became a homeowner! As a single mom looking for a safe house in a good neighborhood with two kids, I greatly appreciated that he looked out for us! I recommend him to anybody I know who's in the market to buy or sell. And while it did take a while to find my home, I was lucky enough to not just have fun on my journey but to also gain a friend! And while I'm in no hurry to ever buy again, David will forever, as long as he's in the business be my realtor!

just closed on my second house with david ! my first one was a condo and we came out selling it for over 20% of what i paid for it in one year!!! very knowledgeable about the area he serves and the market , guided us thru two sales and two buys , really was looking out for us thru the whole process , saved alot of money and i also made alot of money . i look forward to telling everybody i know how awesome david axford from russell real estate is!!

David was very proactive and pleasing to work with during the hunt for our first house. He found us a ton of listings we wouldn't have thought to consider and was able to work well with us last minute when we found something we were interested in looking at. When we finally found the one we wanted, David was fast to help us put our offer in and leverage acceptance so we could have exactly what we were looking for! 10/10 would recommend.
