David Bagley

Broker of Bagley Commercial Properties, began his real estate career in 1984. Being a native of Forsyth County David saw firsthand the construction of Georgia 400 and the explosion of growth that soon followed to our area and continues today. Bagley Commercial Properties is proud to be one of North Georgia’s elite real estate brokerages. David still believes in “old fashioned” standards of integrity and loyalty while keeping up to date with the latest marketing techniques in an ever changing and fast paced economy. David has been negotiating real estate deals for over 39 years!
He is proud to be a Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors & The 400 North Board of Realtors. Davind and the brokerage were recipients of The 400 North Board Circle of Excellence in 2022 for over $19.6 million in Sales and Leasing for 2022 alone. His brokerage also won Best in Commercial Real Estate for Forsyth County for the 5th year in a row!

David and his wife, Susan, reside in northwest Forsyth County and are the proud parents of 3 daughters, 3 wonderful son-in-laws, and 6 awesome grandchildren. He loves to take his grandchildren fishing and relax at the beach or mountain with his wife.
