He is an Investment Advisor for Taylor Street Realty Services focusing on residential and multi-family apartments. Previously he spent 11 years working for one of the world's largest private education providers, the Apollo Group in Phoenix AZ as recruitment and enrollment managers. Prior to Apollo, he started, managed and successfully sold a small restaurant.

In 2014, while working full time, David earned his real estate license and incredibly became one of the top real estate agents for Kenneth James Realty completing over 28 residential transactions in just under 3 years. Whether it be for an investment or their dream home, his clients value his work ethic, passion, and business-minded advisory approach. As an entrepreneur, he also has personally invested, repositioned and managed his own residential investments, which provides practical ownership experience to his clients.

David has a BSB and MBA from the University of Phoenix and is fluent in Spanish. He is a member of Southeast Valley Association of Realtors.
