The Barth Family has been an active leader in the real estate landscape of Kansas City’s “Northland” for over 40 years. Today, John and David Barth are the key principals of Barth Development. Both men have over 25 years’ experience in the real estate business, all of which have been spent in the Kansas City area, specifically in the Northland markets. John and David are graduates of Park Hill High School and William Jewell College. Their accomplishments are impressive including the completion of over $500 million in real estate homes sales, $100 million in land transactions, and the development of high-quality residential projects throughout Clay and Platte Counties.
