David Bartholow

David was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. Growing up, he was always around home improvement and construction as a stonemason laborer and apprentice. During this time, he learned to always be fair and honest, and that organization of the job site was very important, as well as the quality and pride that he put into the work would be a reflection of him and his abilities.

In addition to 35 years in the business, he had the privilege to enjoy a 20 year career as a Baltimore City Firefighter and EMT. His career was based on the pride and tradition of helping others. This instilled in him to have a tenacious attitude to be a problem solver.

Him and his wife Kathy moved to North Carolina in 2009. In 2013, David obtained his Real Estate Brokers License. He enjoys interacting with people and assisting them in pursuing their dream home at Summerhouse. During his time at Summerhouse, he has been blessed with many newfound friends.
