David Bell

David Bell loves Denver! Born and raised in Denver, he wants to share his love of the area and the unique neighborhoods and architecture with others.

David fine-tuned his business acumen over the last 20 years while working at KPMG Peat Marwick as a C.P.A. and then worked his way up the financial ranks at such brands as Anne Klein, Donna Karan and Calvin Klein, during his time in NYC. He also spent the last decade as C.F.O. of 2 health clubs chains, and helped them to grow from small, mom and pop shops to large branded health clubs. His keen sense of marketing and trend spotting, is a huge asset to his clients, as is his tireless work ethic.
