David Belman

David Belman is a 2nd Generation Builder, Developer, and REALTOR®. Known as Greater Milwaukee's best builders. David has served as an industry leader as Past President of the Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA) 2016, and Past President of the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA) 2017 as well as a Director at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

David's company Belman Homes, Inc. specializes in high quality semi-custom homes, and full custom homes that are hand-crafted by the Belman team of loyal craftsmen. Belman Homes offers several move in ready homes or can help build and design your dream home.

David also has vast experience as a REALTOR® and as a land developer and can assist buyers with purchasing a lot or helping sell their existing home to make an easy all in one transaction.

In addition to being an amazing builder, David has helped build and provide 7 mortgage-free homes to wounded war heroes in Wisconsin. David also hosts a podcast called the Home Building Hero which has been downloaded 410,000 times. He has received numerous awards including 2021 Wisconsin Builder of the Year, 2017 Waukesha Freeman Citizen of the Year, Top Choice Award for Best Builder in Milwaukee six times in a row, and 2020 Emerging Leader award for Waukesha County and was recently inducted into the Wisconsin Builders Association Hall of Fame for his work in the housing industry.
