David was a phenomenal real estate agent who sold my house on the first day for almost $20,000 above asking price. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient and willing to answer any question any time. He insisted on getting a home inspection BEFORE listing it (we did) and provided a list of contractors and service providers to help get the house move in ready. His energy and enthusiasm were wonderful and I would recommend David to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home!
