David Berry

My name is David Berry and I am a full time Realtor, husband and proud father of two boys. I grew up in Hickory, NC where I became an Eagle Scout with Troop 1. I attended Appalachian State University where I studied Construction Management and met my beautiful wife. We bought our first home in 2017 in Lenoir, NC. Prior to real estate I was in construction and remodeling. I have done everything from roofing and framing to flooring, tile, finished carpentry work, you name it. With that knowledge we have been renovating and remodeling our home little by little trying to build our equity. Shortly after we bought our home we found out our family was going to get bigger and I really devoted myself to becoming a Real Estate professional.



My previous work experience benefits me in a number of ways from being able to advise buyer or seller clients on any needed repairs and what to be cautious of, to knowing the building materials and actually being able to do the work. I am outgoing, personable, approachable, and organized. I enjoy the outdoors, drawing, spending time with my family, and expanding my knowledge in the real estate market. My business is built on transparency, communication, and dedication. I am available anytime day or night and believe the relationship with my clients to be more important than a single transaction. I love assisting others in making a meaningful life decision in not just buying or selling a house, but a home.
