Between traveling over 45 minutes from his office to our area of home searching SEVERAL times, live-feeding home walk-throughs when we couldn't be in the same state, making various "as a friend" recommendations for both products and services are only a few items on the list of things that make Birkhead Realty more than just #1!

From start to finish David and Tabitha sprung into action on our behalf and we ended up in the home of our dreams. David was very easy to work with. He was very detailed and in the beginning when we were looking for a house to buy he kept on top of the new listings coming up and showing them to us. When meeting with the sales people he was very detailed on explaining items to us to make sure we understood everything.
At the time of our walk through of the house, he was very detailed on picking out items that needed fixing. At time of closing he made sure we had completed everything. We strongly recommend Birkhead Realty Group as a Realty Sales Agent.
