I interviewed several realtors and each one said I was pricing my property too high. David response was different, he said this takes a big segment out of the market but he thought he could get it done. David really shined during negotiations with the buyers realtor. The other agent would throw out what this was going for or what he could buy at other locations. David very professionally let him know that his facts were wrong. He knew this because he had recently sold 3 lots in the community that the other agent was using as his example. He never panicked and never tried to get me to lower my price. We met David Blattner, about a year before deciding to purchase a home in Frisco, Texas. We were renting a three bedroom apartment and realized that for about the same monies we were applying to rent, we could apply to to our home. No more fighting for parking spaces, no more neighbors leaving trash everywhere, dog stuff on the grass, and on occasion people stuff...eww. We need a home of our own..We talked with David a few times to let him know our situation, Hardly a savings, not so good credit, and we just moved to Texas, from Nevada. David did not turn us away, and the next weekend began to show us a few of homes describing the builders, and the neighborhood, even with our vague description of what we would like A kitchen. It was about a month of searching a few homes in a very competitive market that David located our home. With minimal down, not so good credit, fairly good income, and about another month that we were able to move in. David Blattner is my real estate agent. Though the deal is closed, he is my real estate agent. David assisted in the purchase of a new construction home. He started working with my wife and I a couple of years ago when we were renters. He gave me tips to get us in position to buy a home. When we moved to McKinney, we were relocating from Houston and didn't know anything about the area. Moving to a completely new location with 3 children is hard enough, but trying to find a nice area and the perfect home is daunting, to say the least. The first step, in my opinion, is finding the perfect real estate professional. It became quite clear to me (and my entire family) that David was perfect. Not once did we feel like we were just another client to him. We immediately felt at ease with him. He has a gift of being able to register even the slightest indications as to what you're thinking about a home.
