David Boehmig

David Boehmig brings 25 years of industry experience, complemented with 10 years of commercial banking expertise, to his role as President and CEO of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Committed to providing a supportive and encouraging environment for employees, agents and their clients, David utilizes cutting-edge technology, innovative marketing efforts and strategic business savvy to achieve these goals and continues to set records within the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand and the Metro Atlanta real estate field year after year.

Named the 2019 Most Admired CEO in Residential Real Estate by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and a recipient of the 2019 Most Distinguished Alumni Award from Georgia State University, David has consistently been an integral part of the success of many industry-related organizations, including serving as the President of the Atlanta realtor Association (ARA) in 2005. The ARA also awarded David realtor of the Year in 2006, and he was a Captain of Industry in 2010. In 2004, he served as the Chair of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Technology Committee, and he is currently active on the Board of Directors for First Multiple Listing Service. In 2021, David was appointed to the Synovus North Georgia Advisory Board.

David's civic involvement includes serving on the boards of two local organizations, currently on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Mission and the Board of Advisors for the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University from 2008-2021. A native to Atlanta, David is an active member of the Atlanta Rotary Club, a graduate of Pace Academy and Georgia State University where he received his BBA degree in finance. He lives in Sandy Springs with his wife, Stephanie, and they have five children and one granddaughter.
