About David

Dave Boudinot transitioned to real estate after a 40-year career with Pratt & Whitney locations in both California and Connecticut. He worked in multiple managerial positions and retired in 2017 as a Compliance and Ethics Officer with their Military Engines Division in East Hartford.

Dave relocated from California to Connecticut in 2004, settling into the beautiful town of Centerbrook, a village of Essex, near the mouth of the Connecticut River and Long Island Sound. He is married to Jackie, a licensed marriage and family therapist with a private practice in Essex. Together they have four sons and three active grandchildren who are spread out across the country.

Dave uses his professional and personal experiences to bring positivity, patience, and engagement skills which are strong assets to clients who find themselves at the corner of life and change. Whether a growing family, a downsizing couple, or someone searching for a fresh start after a significant life change, Dave is dedicated to finding the perfect home for each client’s unique needs.

Finding a new home can be stressful and Dave understands this. He remains accessible and engaged throughout the entire rental, sales, or purchase process with all of his clients to help mitigate concerns and avoid surprises. Dave is sensitive to client needs and compassionate to each person’s individual situation which he does with the intention to ensure that no client feels like they are being forced into a ‘one-size fits all’ model. This approach has earned him many accolades and repeat customers as well as confident referrals from previous (and repeat!) clients.

He has developed and fine-tuned a system of confidential communication between clients, buyers and sellers. Dave offers clients 100% assurance that he represents all equally. He offers his full attention and gold star service and he is especially proud to help his clients as they work toward their new beginning.

Dave is part of the Vin Verrillo Team, part of the Berkshire Hathaway Farmington office. The Vin Verrillo Team earned Top 1% in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
