They went above and beyond to assist us with our home purchase, from connecting us with the builder at the beginning to attending the final walkthroughs with us. After having some major issues with our first realtor we were desperate to find someone who would put in the time and effort that was needed to sell our house in an rapidly changing real estate environment. We decided to actually shop around and make a realtor earn our trust and treat our search as though we were hiring and employee. We were in dark times, extremely frustrated and had even considered scrapping the idea of selling our house and just moving back into it. We started getting calls from realtors and none of them really stood out to us, until David called. David had already researched our house. He had comps ready. He was excited about our property. He was honest with us about the market. He was everything that we dreamed of in a realtor. It was as though we had a bright light cast upon our dark times and for the first time in months we were excited to have our home listed. This time we knew we had the right realtor. David listed our property on a Thursday with stunning picture and numerous drone pictures, and by Sunday we had multiple offers, including multiple cash offers and backup offers. Three weeks and one day later the money hit our account and we were able to move on with our lives and start living our dream. He was a breath of fresh air. He kept us informed of what was going on, called and text us with guidance through the sale, was a great advocate for us with the buyers realtors and was one of the most pleasant people we have ever dealt with. He even called us a week later and was excited to see what we were doing with the funds from the sale of our house. Thank you David.

He's kind, knows what he is doing, and a great advisor when purchasing a home. I so much appreciated his willingness to tell it like it is.  He stopped us more than once from making a dumb decision out of desperation for buying a home in these conditions.  I would highly recommend David.  He's a great realtor and won't steer you wrong.

I had my property on rent for about eight years and then decided to sell. This is the first home my husband and I put on the market and so we were very stressed and nervous. I am glad to have chosen Home Smart and in particular, David Brown as my agent.
Mr. Brown was helpful, confident and very knowledgeable about how the market works. He takes pride in his work as an honest and trustworthy man.
I live out of state so I wasn’t familiar with the market in Arizona. However, David and Stephanie made the whole process go very smoothly. I really appreciated their marketing of the property with professional staging and photography. They were consistent in communicating every detail of the selling processes and even checked in to see how my family and I were doing.
David and Stephanie are the best team, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants an easy and smooth home buying/selling experience!

David Brown was a big help to us as we were buying an Arizona home remotely from Minnesota. We flew down for a couple different inspections and David pointed out issues we might not have seen otherwise.
When we were back home in MN David met with contractors at our new location to give them access to do repair estimates.
He also coordinated our remote closing with a notary that came to our MN home.
With David's knowledge and assistance buying our new Arizona home couldn't have been easier.
I'd recommend David and Homesmart to anyone in the market to buy property in Arizona.

David was such a great help in assisting us to find the right house. He was always available when we wanted to look at something and never made us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. Always felt like he was on our side and that he really cared that we find the right home. Once we did, it happened to be a short sale which was a new and scary experience for us. He walked us through it every step of the way, giving us helpful and sound advice. When we were frustrated with waiting, he didn't hesitate to take us back out there and look at more houses. We closed a few days ago on that short sale and couldn't be happier. And as a bonus, it feels like we gained a friend along the way.
