David is an amazing realtor! Originally, I only wanted to rent BUT due to David’s knowledge he informed me of renting to own since I wasn’t quite ready to purchase, but would be looking to in the next year. Throughout the entire process he was very informative and was the best communicator I could’ve asked for. Trust played a major part as well. Every decision David considered was always in the best interest of what I wanted and needed. David was so patient throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend him!
