David Butler

David graduated from UT in 1985 and spent 30 years in a banking career, working his way up to Regional President and Chief Credit Officer of a couple of local banks, financing well over a billion dollars worth of commercial transactions and bolstering the local business economy. After transitioning out of the banking industry, he has spent the last two years as Billy's commercial realtor,, using the local market knowledge gained from his banking career and applying it to the commercial real estate market in the surrounding area.
