David has represented me multiple times and I can vouch that he is an unbelievably talented agent. His impressive people skills make him the best representative you could ever wish for. He is a great communicator and is able to multitask more effective than anyone I know. I sometimes catch him doing the work of his counterparts because of how devoted he is to his clients. David did an exceptional job! He was very patient and professional throughout this whole process. This was my first time buying a home so naturally I was nervous and had so many questions; David was quick to answer my questions even with my crazy work schedule. We saw a few homes that I loved and helped me when there were issues. He offered me several tips and advice when it came to my new home and I am so grateful that he was my agent! I will gladly recommend him in the future.

First time home buyer here and let me tell you the process was wonderful! Home buying can be a very daunting experience but David made the process so easy!! David was on top of everything!! He made sure to send us listings everyday that he thought we would really like, creating a portal for us to share homes. When we toured homes he was super knowledgeable and made sure we saw multiple homes in one day so we could compare them while they were still fresh in our mind. Once we we're ready to put an offer in he was so fast getting the paper work together and submitting the offer. After our offer was accepted he worked so quickly and efficiently to get everything moving along and made sure to guide us every step of the way. I cannot recommend David enough!! Super professional, timely, and friendly!!
