Before deciding on this location I conducted extensive research on several different alternative locations around the country. Time and time again, the Northeastern region of Florida came out on top.

So I chose this area based on many factors... Climate, School System, Lifestyle, etc. There are dozens of communities around Saint Johns County offering attractive amenities and lifestyles. The area totally completes the healthy family atmosphere that my family and I cherish.
