David Chan is locally recognized as a top producing Realtor, developer, and property manager. He first dabbled in real estate as a private investor in San Francisco over 20 years ago. Through his myriad investment projects, he gained immense knowledge and insight into the technicalities of property ownership in the local real estate market. His friends kept asking him for real estate advice since they knew he was so involved, and so he decided to bite the bullet and obtain his salesperson license in 2002. He now operates collaboratively with his business partner Juanita Leung as the David Chan Group at JODI Group.

Though he has mostly focused on single family homes, he has plenty of experience with triple net commercial properties, multi-unit and mixed-used buildings, and even warehouses. Additionally, he has a lot of experience developing properties, having built single family homes, condos, and apartments from the ground up. Though David is based in San Francisco, he works extensively throughout the Peninsula and the East Bay and has even ventured all the way out to Albuquerque. Since his first year as an agent, David has been regularly awarded for his prolific achievements and was frequently recognized as a top 3 agent at his previous agency. An active member in the real estate community, David has been a member of Asian Real Estate Association of America and was previously a VP for the SF-Peninsula founding chapter.
