Buyers - It is critical to make sure I know what criteria are most important to my clients when choosing a home. Sometimes a buyer, or buyer’s, are torn regarding what criteria are most important to them when choosing the right property. You can create a check list of what people want but until you compare that to viewing a few properties with them, and hearing actual feedback regarding properties that are for sale, the personal touch has not been realized.

Sellers - Many situations lead to the decision to sell one’s home. It is important to find out the motivation behind the decision to sell in order to make the final outcome meet the objectives of my clients. It is also important to know the ideal timeline for the sale to be complete, the next step in the lives of the sellers, as well as any other factors to take into consideration with listing their home for sale.
