David Church is the gold standard when it comes to helping a buyer or seller in the greater Phoenix area. There is simply no one that I have worked with who is more knowledgeable and responsive to his clients. Dave knows this business very well and handled every matter we ran across efficiently, effectively and in a timely manner. Our sale included numerous offers and contingencies which made the process more complex than normal which Dave handled professionally and without missing a step. Dave also went far above and beyond by arranging dozens of open houses, assisting with locating and procuring staging for the home, and dealing with many hands-on items required by owners living out of state (replacing smoke detectors, confirming contractor work done to property, removing personal items not desired by new owners, etc.). Do not hesitate to use him for any business you may have the pleasure to do with him.

Dave is a highly experienced real estate agent. His many years of experience in the real estate market of Phoenix and its surrounding cities has provided him with extensive knowledge of the local market. He fully utililizes this knowledge as well as his vast experience in the home buying/selling process to his clients advantage. Dave was very responsive to all of our questions/concerns. He spent many hours with us showing us countless homes and in the end negotiated a great deal on the perfect home for our current needs. Not only did Dave help us get into our current home, but he also listed our prior home for rent. In a very short time we had a long line of potential renters interested in our property which resulted in signing a rental agreement with high quality tenants for our asking price. We can't Thank him enough for all of his hard work on our behalf. Dave will certainly be our first choice for all of our future real estate needs.
