Before I was a real estate agent, my wife and I bought our first home. That experience taught me that, for most of us, buying a home is the largest and most complex purchase we ever make. With so many important factors to consider, I felt like it was crucial to have the right advisors to help me truly understand the process and make the best decision for my family’s happiness. We found great joy in becoming homeowners, and that feeling made me want to become a realtor so that I could help others navigate the complex process of purchasing a home. As a realtor, my goal is to help my buyer clients fully understand this process and the important factors to consider when choosing the right home so that they can experience the same joy I did when they eventually get the keys and step into their own new home.

For my seller clients, my primary goal is to help you obtain maximum value for your home so that you can reap the rewards of your home equity and utilize those funds towards purchasing your next home (or whatever that next chapter of life holds for you). To get you maximum value, I constantly study the local market to be informed on existing home inventory, new construction inventory, pricing strategy, market gaps, design trends, and seasonal & cyclical timing factors. This has made me very successful in getting top dollar for my clients. I focus on first building a strong strategy and then executing that strategy at maximum capacity. I hire premier photography companies to make sure we have a beautiful online presentation for your home along with sharp video and drone footage. I also post constantly on social media to showcase your home and gain added exposure. I maintain strong network relationships with other realtors as well and send them information on your home while we are preparing to list it which sometimes results in getting offers before we have even listed publicly. My network relationships also become a great resource during the negotiation phase because realtors I have worked with know that I always work in truth. Sometimes we may have to negotiate hard with the other side, but by always being honest and truthful we can typically find a middle ground that makes both sides happy.
