"My family and I are relocating out of state and the timing of the sale of our house was crucial for us. We were having a new home built so we had an estimated closing date months in advance. Our ultimate goal was to move directly from our current house into our new one. Dave was able to time the market perfectly so that our house sold within a week, and a rent back was negotiated so we were able to move directly into our new house. Not having to do a temporary move into an apartment was high on our list and he made that a reality. Throughout the entire process, Dave listened to what was most important to us, he was able to answer every question we threw at him and he did a fantastic job easing my stress at times. Most importantly to me, Dave always made himself available. If he didn’t answer my call, which was rare, I had a call back from him quickly. His customer service skills are definitely top notch. I highly recommend Dave."

Dave Costa quickly became a great friend. This being the second home my wife and I purchased we thought we knew what to expect from real estate agents, but after purchasing our beautiful home in Plumas Lake we now know what it is to work with someone that genuinely cares for our best interest (Dave truly loves this stuff!). In our opinion he went above and beyond what the norm is for an agent. Dave was always with us throughout all the pivotal moments in the transaction.
