David Crawford has been working with builders, developers and investors in putting together the acquisition, development, marketing and financing of over $400,000,000 of both commercial and residential real estate development over the past nineteen years. Crawford’s experience and relationships developed over the years in working with banks and equity investors will be instrumental in expanding Yancey-Hausman’s investment and development opportunities both internally and for selected joint venture equity funding opportunities with third parties.
