Dave Dempsey, Vice President of the Multifamily Division, has been with the company since 2002. Dave grew up in the northeast and attended New York Universiy and Monmouth College. He has been in Atlanta since 1984. With a background in real estate finance he found it easy to transition to real estate brokerage and to investment property sales exclusively in 1994. In 1998, he earned the prestigious CCIM designation. When not assisting clients, Dave enjoys sailing on Lake Lanier with his wife Trish.
