I would consider myself a high maintenance client (I said it, not him) and David checked all my boxes. I wanted someone with timely and excellent communication. I have small children so David would work with me at night, late into the night to complete things and answer all my questions. He was available to me 24/7, which really eased my mind. I’m a single mom of 3 and he was my sounding board. He helped me in so many ways, he went above and beyond and got me exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you David!

The Wolf of Real estate! Is there a neighborhood you want to be in but no homes for sale? David will do everything possible to get you in one of those homes from calling to knocking on every door in that neighborhood. Is the market red hot and have had zero luck winning a home? David will do everything possible to find out what that home seller is looking for and present you as the best possible buyer. David sold our home for top dollar and got us into our dream house and neighborhood in one of the most competitive sellers markets ever. The house we won never even hit the market, and we had previously seen 3 other homes pre-market. When you see homes pre-market you have the best shot of winning the home since you have minimal to zero competition. If you want top dollar for selling and have the most aggressive and caring realtor for buying, give David a call!
