Dave and I talked about waiting until spring to sell because it was the week of Christmas. He assured me it would sell quick and he would do his best to make sure the listing was on all the viable sites for everyone to see. He came in and did a market analysis and we came up with a good starting price. Him and his team did a virtual video of the home and took several professional pictures and my the listing look amazing. I had 3-4 showings within the first few weeks and had an offer in the 3rd week. He was very communicative and timely with call backs with all my questions.
Dave couldn't have done a better job selling my home for me. He thanked me for trusting him with my home and bought me dinner and drinks to celebrate the sale. Great guy who's very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will be referring him in the future for sure! Thanks DAVE!!

My family does not have enough words to describe how thankful we are to have used Dave for our home buying needs. We relocated from out of state, meaning everything was that much more difficult. Our oldest son and his wife were looking to purchase their first home and I told them Dave Donahue was the guy they needed to work with. Dave listened to their wants and needs, set up numerous homes to visit, around their busy schedules. He provided them with expert advise and helped them seamlessly thru the process. A week after the close it was discovered that there was something the seller was supposed to have repaired and it wasn't done. My son said oh well I guess I'll just have get it fixed myself. Dave wasn't having that, he took over the challenge and made sure the repair was completed.
