What can I say, David is one of those realtors who is constantly thinking about the client not about the sale, not about the Box. As a home inspector I see many realtors who are in a hurry the have the inspection done or will try to get the buyer not to have an inspection so that they can easily make the sale. David is not one of those.

David is a patient and friendly person with more than enough knowledge about home ownership, so if you are a first time buyer he's your guy. He's an honest person who cares about his customers.
