After spending over 25 years in construction and banking, I decided to obtain my real estate license in 2005. I joined the local board of Realtors and started the next chapter in my life. I believe that service has always been one of my strongest assets. Growing up with a father who owned an escrow office and a mother who was a broker I spent many afternoons just helping with paperwork and asking questions. I offer extensive knowledge and assistance for my clients, assisting investors in the acquisition of homes at below market prices. I oversee the rehab process and I make suggestions for the maximum resell price. I make a complete marketing plan to fit each home in every location. I use every resource at my disposal to effectively market the property in question. For the average home buyer I’m able to find and negotiate the best deal to fit their needs. I use all my past and present experiences to benefit each client and their home purchase. Every client deserves to be treated with respect. I believe everyone should be given whatever time is needed to completely understand the process. Every client needs to have sense of ease.
