As a first time homebuyer I didn’t know much of what to look for or how to proceed. David made the entire process super clean and straightforward, he walked us through each step, answered any and all questions (even interior decoration advice), kept us up to date on all happenings regarding our purchase, haggled on our behalf, and just overall made the process so much less daunting and more manageable. If you’re looking for a realtor in the Chicago area I can’t recommend David enough. He cares for his clients like family!
