We had the pleasure of working with David Dupree as we searched for our lake home. It had been nearly 20yrs since our last move, and with the market being as volatile as it has been for the last year, we could have been in over our heads very quickly.

David was great to work with and very knowledgeable of the industry and the local market around the lake. Due to the speed that new listings were being snatched up, it did take quite sometime to finally zero in on our future home, but David worked with us every step of the way to keep us informed of new listings and made himself and team available at the drop of a hat when properties became available.

I would work with David again in a heartbeat and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area

David has been a tremendous help as a realtor. If you're a new/first time buyer, David is the perfect realtor for helping you buy and/or sell your home!

I first worked with him to find my first home in Columbia. As a military member, I had to conduct a lot of my house hunt remotely and only had a very short weekend to see houses. David was organized, thoughtful, and helpful at all stages of the process and he kept us efficient given the short time I had to find a home.

David goes above and beyond by providing local insight, professional advice, and true wisdom that one can only acquire through years of experience like he has. At multiple points throughout the process, he helped me with paperwork, answered all my questions from the most basic to specific, and even followed up on me shortly after the move.

I recently sold that home with him again as my realtor. He had local connections to help me find a good price for some minor home repairs and also gave solid advice in listing the home. He provided that same attention to detail by providing shoe coverings, masks, and sanitizer for potential buyers to see the house. We were under contract in 36 hours from listing at asking price!

David is by far the best realtor I've worked with!

Working with David was a great experience. David provided a lot of helpful information and made my wife and I feel comfortable selling our home. David went above and beyond to ensure that our home was visible by using his different sources of marketing. He even maintained our yard and referred reasonable small businesses to clean and make repairs to our home. There were 5 houses on the market in our subdivision but David was able to ours before the 5 that were on the market. We were very pleased with his service and highly recommend David to anyone who wants to buy or sell their home in a timely manner.

David was very good in helping us secure a home in the SC area especially after we had problems with the lender not wanting to finance due to some HOA technicalities with the property. David recommended a local lender who was able to get it done and all the while David was in communication with us and the new lender when we were not able to reach them. I highly recommend David to handle your real estate needs
