David Dypsky is a 7th generation son of the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

His history comes from the rich heritage of Ocean City’s first families and the pound fishing camps that once stood where the inlet is today.

David first plied the waterways of Assateague and the coastal bays as a toddler in his grandfather’s wooden scows. As a young adult, he explored every estuary in Worcester County that he could find. Over time, he became an accepted expert on the bay fronts, river fronts and creek front land in the 71,000 protected acres of the Coastal Bays watershed.

David has become the Ocean City area’s most knowledgeable Realtor in both Luxury Homes and the locations of the best deals in Worcester County. He possesses a unique talent of bringing buyers and sellers together in seamless, successful exchanges.
