David’s love affair with the Monterey Peninsula began as a student at Stevenson School in Pebble Beach, Ca. After graduating from University of the Pacific with a BFA in Drama, he went on to become the Managing Director for George Coates Performance Works in San Francisco and the Production Manager for PCPA Theater fest in Santa Maria/Solvang.
Returning to the Monterey Peninsula 25 years ago, David began helping client’s grow their business as a Media Consultant for KWAV and KION-CBS and with his wife Lisa began purchasing houses to fix up and sell in California and Oregon.

David composes music for theaters around the state, and in addition to composing music for Pacific Repertory Theater, he is also a Board Member.
David also produces and composes music for the locally based Sidebar Podcast (Sidebarmedia.org) with a national reach that has interviewed over 50 guests including NPR’s Nina Totenberg, CNN’s Elie Honig and MSNBC’S Dahlia Lithwick.
