David Erwin

Dave Erwin is a native of Pensacola and a cum laude graduate of UWF with a degree in Advertising. He has spent most of his professional career in the financial services industry, having worked for Wells Fargo Financial as a credit manager and later as a registered representative in the securities industry for Citi Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley). He holds series 7, series 66, and Series 9 securities licenses. Since 2009, and has worked with Armada Advisors Inc., a Registered Investment Advisory firm based in Pensacola, which provides financial advisory services to a variety of different clients. Real Estate is an essential part of any investment portfolio. David believes that by combining his lifelong residency in Pensacola with his experience in the financial services industry makes him uniquely qualified to help home buyers and sellers alike.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and family, and is actively involved in his church. Pensacola truly is a magical place to live and has some of the most astounding beaches that are unmatched anywhere in the world.
