David Estes

Born & raised in Rutherford County, David has been serving the Middle TN area as a local REALTOR since 1994. He has also obtained his general contractor's license in 2004 and has had the pleasure of building homes throughout Rutherford & Cannon counties. He works with everyone from first-time homeowners, new construction, short-sales, foreclosures, moving uppers, those downsizing, residential, condos/town homes, commercial, luxury homes, land, lots, & farms! Working side by side with his wife, who is also a licensed agent since 2008, they enjoy making the process of buying or selling real estate fun and enjoyable for anyone they are blessed to work with!
