David Evans

David Evans came from humble beginnings. As the 4th son of 6 children in a Baptist family it was clear that being the middle of the middle was not going to define him the rest of his life so he went to Engineering School and graduated with a Bachelors and Masters in Mechanical Engineering. After spending 18 years in the field of engineering with 14 of those years in biomedical engineering, David decided that being an independent entrepreneur suited him and accepted the invitation from his In-Law's to move to the Philippines and work with start-up businesses there. It was an incredibly broadening experience that taught David many life lessons about himself, family, relationships and what is most important in life. It was during his engineering career that David was first bitten by the real estate bug. After reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki he purchased his first 3 family with partners. After that he bought a couple duplexes and then moved up to an 8 unit apartment building with partners. David has broadened his service offerings most recently ever since he began selling real estate in the Atlanta metro area in 2015 and he has been expanding his services ever since.
