About David
With his extensive and diverse sales background, David Ezrailson is an expert in elevating the customer experience. Since earning his license in 2014, David has become known for his listing and pricing expertise, aggressive negotiation style, and ability to secure properties in Austin’s competitive market, even when his clients are up against all-cash offers. He brings creative solutions to every problem Austin buyer and seller face, including buying and selling simultaneously. David makes a formidable yet friendly ally, treating each client like family and saying of agent-client relationship, “It is a partnership where he is the advice-giving expert, but his clients call the shots.”
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, David brings an eclectic background to real estate, including entrepreneurship, a sales executive career, and service in the U.S. Navy as a sonarman on a nuclear submarine. His experiences exposed him to high-stakes challenges, life-changing situations, and interactions with people from all career levels and backgrounds. In particular, David’s role selling solar energy in the residential and commercial sectors gave him great insight into the tech defining the future of homes and taught him the invaluable contribution of strong negotiation, clear communication, and superior customer service in sales.
David later pursued a real estate career at an Austin-based tech startup. By replacing the MLS with a combination of AI and digital marketing to sell homes, he listed over 140 properties and more than $100 million in inventory in his first 18 months. David eventually became the startup’s regional sales manager for the eastern U.S. Considered the company’s listing and pricing expert, he was called on to teach pricing strategies to the entire organization.
The project, however, was missing perhaps the most integral element of the transaction: interpersonal connection. He soon left the startup and put all his energy into launching Bedrock Realty in 2021. But two decades of professional experience in sales and sales management isn’t the only thing David’s clients can rely on. The custom home he and his wife built in Austin from the ground up taught him the ins and outs of the process, including local laws, and David has since remodeled several residential properties.
When he’s not helping his clients win deals, buying and selling homes, or mentoring his team, David stays busy juggling three headstrong children and indulging in his passion for cooking.
