David Fender, a native of Florida and a real estate industry veteran is delighted to be serving Martin and St. Lucie County as a Real Estate Professional. In addition to being a seasoned agent, I am well versed in reading plans, locating utilities, commercial land development and knowledgeable of the permitting process. My Education ends with a Juris Doctorate in law and a Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies. All of that aside, I am eager and always aiming to bring my real estate career to the next level by drawing upon my expertise and experience and branding myself as everyone's go to person for Real Estate needs. My background and friendly nature has helped me to establish a social network and contact list that allows me to not only be able to list and sell my clients properties quickly and efficiently but mitigate inconveniences by connecting them with reputable and trustworthy people for any task or need from attorneys to plumbers.
