Dave has lived in South Lake Tahoe for over 31 years. His family moved to Tahoe to raise their two children in a smaller community with great outdoor activities. Dave has years of experience in ownership, management, sales and marketing. He's owned rental property since 1983. When they moved to Tahoe in 1990 they owned/operated a small family motel, then started managing rental properties in Tahoe. He has been a Realtor in Tahoe for 18 years and is dedicated to fulfilling your real estate dream.
