David Fite

At Northwestern University, Dave swam competitively while studying Economics and Computer Science. He added an MBA in Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and then made a big splash in the corporate world as Vice President of Investment Management at Goldman Sachs, Vice President of Real Estate Finance at Cendant Corporation and then as CFO of The Corcoran Group and as CFO of Prudential Douglas Elliman. These experiences taught him how he ultimately wanted to do business: prioritizing teamwork and technology, and with dedicated, hands-on management, fewer layers and no corporate constraints. Seeing the opportunity to fuse the best aspects of all his corporate experiences with the flexibility and personal attention that active ownership and management could bring, Fite moved his family south intent on becoming a winner in the Palm Beach real estate race.
