About David

David (Dave) and his wife Tricia moved to the Auburn-Lewiston area in 2016 from Saco, Maine where they raised two children who have successful careers in education and government contracting. Dave quickly got involved with the Auburn-Lewiston Rotary Breakfast Club where he was the 2019-20 club president. Volunteerism is not new to Dave as he and his dog Colton are a certified therapy dog team. They “do rounds” every Thursday at Seal Rock Healthcare in Saco, Maine. Dave and Tricia also help raise guide dog puppies with Guiding Eyes for the Blind. Dave’s hobbies include skiing, hunting and music. He belongs to a local band called Jody Boys, playing guitar and keyboard.

Dave has found an important niche in the Real Estate market due to his extensive use and understanding of technology. He has created a Covid Safe system for selling homes. Through his unique home marketing system, Dave provides world-class service to home-sellers in the Auburn/Lewiston and Scarborough/Saco/Biddeford areas. Dave is a member of the elite Fontaine Ambassadors’ Council. This group consists of our top tier REALTORS® who gather periodically in mastermind sessions for the purpose of continuous improvement in serving our clients’ needs.
