David Francetic

David began his real estate career in 1990 with Don Saunders Inc., Realtor Central Florida's most prominent boutique real estate firm. In 1997, Don Saunders was purchased by Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Inc. Shortly after the acquisition, David Francetic and Jim Mitchell formed their partnership and became the most successful real estate team in Winter Park. David says he quickly realized that he had the best of both worlds. Under Don's tutelage he was able to develop the necessary skills to compete at a very high level in one of the most competitive and demanding real estate markets in the state of Florida and maybe in the US. On the other hand, Coldwell Banker has provided him with the tools and the technical expertise to market Central Florida nationally and internationally taking advantage of Coldwell Bankers ownership of the largest relocation company in the world.
