David French

David W. French is President at Tri-W Group and is responsible for establishing and driving the strategic plan while focusing on Real Estate investments.

Prior to leading Tri-W Group, he was Vice President of The W. W. Williams Company, where he was responsible for one of its largest divisions called Tri-W Investments. Previously, Mr. French was with Lifestyle Communities in several roles, most recently as a Development & Construction Manager. At Lifestyle Communities, he was responsible for managing the predevelopment, construction, and successful completion of several $50M+ master-planned, multi-family development projects.

Mr. French obtained his undergraduate degree in economics from Duke University in 2004, where he was also a two-time letterman member of the golf team and member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll. Mr. French is an active board member of Recreation Unlimited and resides in Columbus, Ohio.
