We were referred to David Fridovich from a close friend of ours, he certainly didn’t steer us wrong. David was great and exceeded our expectations!! He worked around our schedule when we were looking at homes, answered any questions we had. David never rushed us through the homes and was very honest if we wanted to look at a home and he felt it wasn’t a good fit for us. Once we found the perfect home David was very quick to get all the paperwork together and submitted, as well as getting all inspections set up and appointments made within a week. He made our home buying process move smoothly and was even working on our closing date appointment when he was on vacation. David was our agent. I found him very easy to work with. He knew what we wanted more than we did. He was very knowledgeable about the area of Lakeland, where we were interested in living. When I would contact him with a question, he answered they question immediately either by a phone call, text or e-mail. During negotiations he kept us informed and when the sale was complete his helpfulness did not stop. He recommended locksmiths, repairmen, or any service we needed. Not originally from this area we had not contacts. By the end of our transaction time, I felt David was more of a friend than an agent. We chose David as our realtor because we knew him personally on a tenant/landlord level and knew how genuine he really was. We contacted David in January with expectations to find a home by March, and we closed on our home March 23rd! He worked around our schedules and always seemed to be available for a showing or to answer questions via text/call/email. David was always willing to go out of his way to fit our schedule and make selling our home an EXTREMELY fast and painless process. He offered to help with things he anticipated we would need, it was a great experience like no other I have had. Working with David was a very positive experience. Initially, I was just curious about the market and had a few questions, which David promptly answered even though he knew I wasn't quite ready to buy. Even over the next several months as I was still contemplating my situation and whether buying was right for me, David stayed in touch and graciously answered questions. Once I finally did decide to move forward with purchasing a home, David was there every step of the way. Never in the way, but never out of touch. Rather than try and persuade me with all the good features of a home, he would immediately and unbiasedly point out any areas of concerns and give me straight forward information as what these items might entail to resolve. It was very nice knowing that David wasn't just trying to make a quick sale, but really looking out for my best interest. Never did a call or email go unanswered for more than 12 hours. Even if he was out of town, David was quick to put me in touch with his partner Dustin to prevent any delays. Additionally, David was present for any inspections, discussions and decision making that occurred, this included structuring an offer to the seller and recommending that I stick to my initial offer when pressed to sweeten the deal. Even at the closing, both David and Dustin were there early and ready to go, while the seller's agent ended up showing up at the very end of the closing. While I don't know the circumstances behind the seller's agent being late and it was likely unavoidable, this was just one of many factors that made be very happy David was on my team. All-in-all, I couldn't have asked for a better agent and highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home regardless of what stage you are in your current planning.

We met David in 2012 when we were looking for a house to buy in Lakeland. He showed us many homes and was always very helpful, patient and available. After several months we found our current home and David helped us walk through all the steps of purchasing as well as helping us to negotiate with the seller to get a good price. We contacted David again recently as we are thinking of downsizing to a smaller home. This time we met his team, Damon and Dustin. They are all fun, professional and willing to help us as we are currently walking through this process again. I would highly recommend this team. My wife and I chose David kind of randomly via the internet. It was a fortuitous decision as he was great to work with during our home purchase experience. He helped us determine the specifications for the home we wanted and promptly furnished listings fitting our needs. He answered our questions promptly and professionally and emphasized he represented our interests and would do all he could to achieve what we wanted. After we signed a purchase contract, David diligently worked to get the inspection done quickly and represented our interests as a few problems were resolved.
