Dave’s successful 20-year senior corporate leadership experience affords him a unique perspective as a Nourmand and Associates Realtor®. He brings his strong relationship-building and refined negotiating skills honed from working with and for Fortune 500 companies to his real estate clients.

Dave has lived and worked in Santa Monica for over 20 years. He has a true local understanding of the Santa Monica community and is raising his two children, with his wife So Yung Gaeta, in this west-side beach city.

Dave was an active member in Santa Monica’s Roosevelt Elementary School’s PTA and continues to be an active member at Lincoln Middle School’s PTA. He continues his volunteer work with Santa Monica High School’s PTA.
