David Gallagher

Born and raised in Marin County, David is a true native of the San Francisco Bay Area. As a young man, David quickly showed early signs of ambition and determination. As a 15-year-old freshman at San Rafael High, David took the initiative to join a work-study program for auto mechanics held at a busy San Rafael auto shop. In only a few years, he advanced to a master-level mechanic and continued to enjoy a successful, two-decade career.

After acquiring his real estate license in 2002, David worked in the commercial real estate sector with one of San Francisco's top Real Estate Brokers. In 2005, David joined Bradley Real Estate, the largest independently-owned, local real estate brokerage in the North Bay with offices serving Marin, Napa, and Sonoma counties.

Recently, David joined forces with Coldwell Banker Realty, the #1 residential brokerage in the US for the last 23 years. David is consistently a top producer in the area with expertise in helping each of his clients, from first-time buyers to investors, achieve their real estate goals.

Buying and selling real estate with David is a genuine and sincere experience as he truly cares about each of his clients. David is a long-standing member of the National Association of REALTOR and is a top-producing agent for the past 15 years. Recognized by the President's Council repeatedly throughout the years.
