Education & Experience:
David has over 15 years expertise in residential new construction and general real estate sales/marketing in Florida. David possesses nationwide experience in commercial real estate consulting, with an emphasis on market and business analysis. Locally educated at the University of South Florida System, David’s education focused on finance, international business, and economics. David is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida and is in good standing with the national, state, and local board of Realtors.

David strictly adheres to the ethics codes published by National Association of Realtors as well as the State of Florida real estate licensing guidelines and applicable laws. David strives to create an honest, ethical, and enjoyable purchasing or selling process.

We are competitive with local market rates, often offering a better value than our competitors, based on price and service—and not one or the other.
For Buyers:
For acting as your Realtor, we generally do not charge buyers anything for our service ($0). This is because Realtors are customarily compensated by the selling party in the markets we serve. Therefore, at closing, we typically receive a fee from the seller as part of their marketing expenses. We generally feel that this is sufficient compensation.
Many of our competitors do charge buyers fees for their service, often as a surprise at closings. Depending on circumstances, we often think this is excessive and potentially unethical in some circumstances.
If you are a buyer and require extensive property analysis, need help with a for sale by owner property, or require atypical services within the scope of our expertise, we are happy to provide a reasonable quote.
