They purchased their first piece of Investment property in Hawaii in 1983 and began investing and renovating as a Licensed Contractor in 1987. Over the years, they have purchased, renovated, and sold Real Estate in Southern California, Ohio, Hawaii, and Florida.

Once Licensed, they began practicing Real Estate in Jacksonville in 1999 and became a "Top Producer" with Watson Realty. They became a member of their Million Dollar Club, Then Executive Club, Then Presidents Club, and Then Pinnacle Club. They have been recognized by their customers and been awarded the "5 Star Realtor award" year after year.

In 2013, they were recognized by Jacksonville Magazine as one of Jacksonville's "Top Real Estate Agents."
