David Geekie

Hi, my name is Dave Geekie and I’m an agent with Village Realty in Frankfort and a longtime resident of the Lincoln-Way area. I’ve been a real estate agent for over 20 years and I also have my master’s degree in business administration. When I was younger, I served in the military and then had a career in law enforcement.

After my time in public services, I started my career in real estate as a broker and furthered my real estate experience as a construction manager and residential and commercial property manager. This unique skillset has allowed me to really understand and navigate the complexity of selling and buying homes and help my clients have an easy and enjoyable experience.

I am in real estate because I really enjoy the personal aspect of working with all of my clients. I like to help them feel comfortable and empowered in every decision they make. And I love that moment when it all comes together for them.

I especially like working with clients who are first-time home buyers and helping them navigate their unique realty needs. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending my time as a dedicated volunteer in our community, playing the banjo poorly, and watching my daughters become amazing adults. I enjoy spending time with my wife of 35 years. We love planning and taking some awesome adventures.
